Purchased in 2008, Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences is a magnificent, historical building in Le Mont-Pèlerin, Chardonne in the canton of Vaud above Vevey, Switzerland. Located in a UNESCO World Heritage site at the heart of the famous Vaud Riviera, Hotel du Parc is surrounded by protected vineyards, easily accessible from most major Swiss cities, and just 80 kilometers from the international airport. Built in the Belle Epoque style of 1906, this seven-story building is being converted by SDG into 24 luxury residences that will enjoy full 5-star hotel services by Kempinski and concierge services by Quintessentially, the world’s leading luxury concierge. Common areas will include a 650 square meter private spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a bar and lounge area, a private cinema, a Davidoff cigar salon, a business centre, and a wine tasting cellar managed by Quintessentially. Individual residences will have advanced integrated technology by Crestron Electronics, and six members of staff dedicated to the residence. In 2009, Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences was awarded the CNBC International Property Award for Best Luxury Redevelopment in Switzerland and Europe.
